What are your shipping rates?
- We offer Free Shipping on all U.S. orders. (We currently only ship to the U.S.)
How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days.
Delivery Time
Once processed, delivery usually takes 5 to 8 business days depending on your location. Please note that customs or local postal services may cause slight delays.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we only offer free standard shipping worldwide. While expedited shipping is not available, we ensure all orders are processed quickly and efficiently.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package on our website by visiting our Tracking Page.
What is your return policy?
You can return any item purchased from Stwigs within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original condition, not customized or personalized (except in case of manufacturing defects, and in the original packaging. How can I initiate a return or request a refund?
To start a return or request a refund, contact our Customer Service team at contact@stwigs.com. Be sure to include your order number and reason for the return, and our team will guide you through the process. Please see our Return and Refund Policy.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact our Customer Service immediately at contact@stwigs.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
