At Sasha Taylor Wigs, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered smoothly. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please read our shipping and refund policy carefully:

Delivery Charge

We charge only Info $4.90 for shipping. Additionally, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $40 and over.

Order Processing Time

All orders are handled and shipped out from multiple warehouses in the United States, Australia, France, Thailand, etc. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, please allow 8-12 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Sasha Taylor Wigs will not be responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If the recipient cannot be contacted due to an incorrect or missing phone number, Sasha Taylor Wigs will not accept responsibility. In such cases, refunds will not be issued if the package cannot be accurately sent or is returned to us.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an inaccurate address or the inability to contact the recipient, we will notify you. You may choose to have the package re-shipped to a corrected address at your expense. However, refunds will not be issued under these circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description and photos of the damage or defect. We will assess the issue and, if deemed appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds for damaged or defective items are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
